Josiah Jenkins is an Associate at Bartko Pavia LLP and a member of the Labor & Employment Practice. Josiah has extensive experience advising and defending California employers in healthcare and various other industries and is well-equipped to counsel his clients on the novel and complicated issues arising under California employment law. When employees file claims for discrimination, harassment, retaliation, or wage and hour violations, Josiah tirelessly advocates for employers in both state and federal courts. His experience at leading institutions in the higher education and healthcare sectors has given him a deep understanding of the stresses and conflicting demands his clients face daily. Josiah is dedicated to finding common-sense solutions and strives to address challenging situations as seamlessly as possible for his clients.

Outside of work, Josiah’s unique experiences include appearances on game shows, such as a winning performance on iWitness and a runner-up spot on Jeopardy! Additionally, he spent years as a comedy improv performer in Chicago. These experiences have sharpened his powers of observation, timing, and overall presence in front of an audience.
