Kenneth “Ken” Richard graduated Magna cum Laude from UNH Franklin Pierce School of Law and is barred in California and Colorado. Ken’s experience in business expansion and growth, mergers and acquisitions, and business negotiations has provided fertile ground for his new career as an attorney focused on antitrust law.
Prior to attending law school Ken enjoyed an extensive career in technology business including running three of his own startups, helping establish an Israeli startup in the United States, and working as a global executive at two Fortune 50 companies. In addition, Ken has global executive management experience which includes, but is not limited to, operating a $750 million P&L at NCR. Ken is fluent in Spanish and has done business throughout Latin America, Europe, Middle East, Africa, and Asia.
Outside of work Ken enjoys being outdoors. He likes running up Mt. Tamalpais and rode his bicycle across the country after graduating from the University of Pennsylvania. He is also an active member of his community, including having served as a member of the UNICEF Board in Philadelphia.
