Kathryn Cabrera is a litigation paralegal in the firm’s Business Litigation Group, with a focus on antitrust and unfair competition issues. With over 15 years of paralegal experience, Kathryn is familiar with all stages of litigation in state and federal trial, appellate, and supreme courts.
Prior to joining Bartko, Kathryn gained vast experience in complex class actions involving antitrust, consumer, data breach, and securities issues. She also worked in personal injury litigation, where she focused on complex JCCP and MDL cases and provided bellwether trial support.
