Hilda Senseney is a Partner of the firm. She specializes in commercial real estate transactions focusing on retail and office leasing, acquisitions, and dispositions of real property. She represents national retail tenants and office tenants in California and across the nation with transactions relating to their retail and office portfolios.
Prior to joining the firm, Hilda worked for large national firms where she represented multi-national REITs and institutional landlords in all transactional matters related to the acquisition, disposition and leasing of commercial real property and office buildings, including the negotiation of financing and joint venture documentation.
