Experience
Kim Goto is Senior Counsel to the firm. She specializes in commercial real estate transactions with an emphasis in retail leasing. Ms. Goto served as in-house leasing counsel for Ross Dress For Less for fourteen years. She began her career as an officer in a bank legal department, managing litigation, escrows and contracts related to commercial loans, loan work-outs and the sale of commercial properties.
Representative Matters
Ms. Goto has advised clients with regard to secured financing of commercial properties, construction contracts, leasing and other business contracts and the formation and dissolution of business entities.
