Natalie Felsen is an associate in the firm’s Business Litigation Group. She has broad experience in all stages of civil litigation in federal and state court.
Prior to joining Bartko, Natalie served as a judicial law clerk for Judge Susan L. Greenberg, Presiding Judge of the Civil Division of San Mateo Superior Court. There, she handled a wide array of civil matters, including claims under the California Unfair Competition Law and the California Environmental Quality Act. Natalie also previously worked as a law clerk in Cooley LLP’s Business Litigation Group, where she represented clients in complex class action defense actions involving privacy, antitrust, products liability, and civil rights claims.
In law school, Natalie served as Associate Online Editor of the Stanford Law & Policy Review and as Professional Development Chair of the Stanford Latinx Law Students’ Association and the Women of Color Collective. Her academic involvement reflected her interests in transitional justice and federal Indian law. She consulted the Venezuelan National Assembly regarding judicial reforms and contributed to Professor Gregory Ablavsky’s amicus brief filed in Haaland v. Brackeen, 599 U.S. 255 (2023) regarding the constitutionality of the Indian Child Welfare Act.
