Barbara Finkle is a Senior Counsel at the firm, specializing in commercial real estate transactions with an emphasis on retail leasing and related matters. Prior to joining Bartko, Barbara headed the Real Estate Law department of Tailored Brands (formerly The Men’s Wearhouse), where for 13 years she negotiated retail, outlet, industrial and office leases and related documents for its U.S. and Canadian brands; counseled on construction, property management and lease audit/administration issues; and negotiated real property purchase and sale agreements. She has also been in-house counsel at 24 Hour Fitness, an associate at the law firm of Wendel Rosen, and an instructor in the Paralegal Studies Program at San Francisco State University.
