Holly Adams is Senior Counsel to the firm. She specializes in commercial real estate transactions with an emphasis on retail and office leasing.

Prior to associating with the firm, Holly was Associate General Counsel in the Real Estate Law group of Gap, Inc., where she was involved in all aspects of new store development for the Gap, Old Navy, Banana Republic and Outlet Divisions in the United States and Canada.

Before her career at Gap, Inc., Holly was an associate in the Real Estate Department of Wilson, Sonsini, Goodrich and Rosati in Palo Alto where she worked on a variety of real estate transactions, including purchase transactions, loan agreements and commercial leases for offices, warehouses, and corporate headquarters facilities. Prior to that, Holly was an associate in Latham & Watkins’ Orange County office where she was involved in shopping center leasing, land use matters, and real estate litigation.
