Experience

Hector Suarez is Senior Counsel to the firm. Hector specializes in retail lease negotiations on behalf of national retailers, including Ross, dd’s discounts, and Gap. He also has experience advising clients on a variety of complex real estate transactions, including office leasing on behalf of both landlords and tenants, the acquisition and disposition of commercial and industrial properties, and the negotiation of financing and joint venture agreements. Prior to joining the firm, Hector worked for a large national firm where he focused on representing institutional owners of hotel and resort properties.
