Curtis Holdsworth is Of Counsel to the firm. He is a trial attorney with first-chair experience prosecuting and defending complex business cases and employment disputes through judgment, both in court and through arbitration.

Curtis Holdsworth began his legal career at the preeminent full-service law firm of Greenberg Glusker, where he handled a variety of complex business, real estate, and employment disputes. Mr. Holdsworth’s expertise spans a variety of industries, including real estate, technology, retail, manufacturing, automotive, banking and lending, and professional services. During the span of his 25-year professional career, Mr. Holdsworth has:

• Managed many high-profile cases for publicly traded clients in federal courts and the complex panel of state courts, including the litigation of complex choice of law and jurisdictional issues.
• Prosecuted and defended cases involving unfair business practices, fraud, breach of contract, alter ego claims, business torts, insurance coverage disputes, and bad faith claims on behalf of a variety of Fortune 500 companies.
• Served as lead counsel on partition cases involving both residential property and commercial realty, including the successful partition sale of a private golf course.
• Defended publicly traded and privately held companies in employment disputes involving claims of harassment, discrimination, retaliation, wrongful termination, and failure to accommodate disabilities, as well as wage and hour claims.

Other Interests

In addition to serving as of counsel at Bartko, Mr. Holdsworth is President and co-founder of a litigation funding company that offers financing on a wide array of commercial, employment, and personal injury matters.
