Bartko Bunzel & Miller is Pleased to Announce That Commercial Real Estate Attorney, Hilda Senseney, is now a Principal of the Firm

“Hilda has demonstrated enormous talent and confidence from firm clients and surely has earned a position in firm leadership,” said managing shareholder Rob Bunzel.

Hilda is a member of the firm’s Transactional Real Estate Group. Her practice emphasizes retail and office leasing and acquisitions and dispositions of real property.

Before joining the firm, Hilda worked for large national firms where she represented multi-national REITs and institutional landlords in all transactional matters related to the acquisition, disposition and leasing of commercial real property and office buildings.

She received her Bachelor of Business Administration  from the University of Texas at Austin in 1983 and her Juris Doctorate from Hastings College of Law, University of California, in 1998. She is a member of the State Bar of California.
