Ben Riley Selected as Top 100 California Lawyer

The Daily Journal has selected Ben Riley as one of the Top 100 California Lawyers for 2022.  The citation recognizes the work by Ben and the Bartko trial team in three Robert Naify trust cases, where a step-daughter seeks hundreds of millions of dollars.  The Bartko team prevailed in the first trial in 2021 on alleged oral inheritance claims.  In August 2022, we finished the evidentiary phase of the second trial, concerning community property issues.  27 witnesses were called over 20 trial days, with over 100 hours of testimony.  Post-trial argument and briefing is ongoing.
