Griff Towle And Rob Bunzel In Jury Trial Win

On March 9, 2010, after a 3 1/2-week jury  trial before Judge Susan Illston of the Northern District of California, the jury returned a $2 million verdict in favor of our client Vectren Communications Services against the City of Alameda in a case where Alameda failed to pay Vectren,  a subsidiary of Vectren Corporation (VVC), all compensation owing for design and construction of a municipal telecom system for the City.  Vectren was represented by Rob Bunzel and Griff Towle.
